Our terms and conditions are designed to ensure that we meet or exceed your expectations of us.

your order confirms your acceptance of our terms and conditions. |

we will contact you immediately to discuss alternatives if your order is likely to be delayed due to limited supplies of your chosen gift. |

any damaged or missing items must be reported to us (by telephone or by email) within 48 hours of receipt. |

your signed order form confirms the exact details of your order and we cannot accept any further changes. |

we aim to dispatch your order within 28 days of receipt. |

if your order is damaged on its way to you, please return it to us and we will recreate it for you, free of charge. |

Our Guarantee
We are confident that you will be thrilled with your ceramic gift.
We promise to take great care to ensure your item will glaze and fire as perfectly as possible; however, slight flaws may appear in the final product due to the organic nature of hand-crafted pottery. And due to the highly personalised nature of this product, refunds will only be issued on items that are faulty; (e.g. hairline cracks in the ceramic plate).
In the unlikely event that your ceramic gift is faulty, please return it to us in its original packaging within 10 days of receipt and write your reason for returning it on the back of the Dispatch Note.
