Signing Plates - Terms & Conditions
We want you to be thrilled with your Signing Plate and completely satisfied with every aspect of our service to you.
Our terms and conditions are designed to ensure that we meet or exceed your expectations of us.

our Signing Plates are sold subject to these terms and conditions. |

your order confirms your acceptance of our terms and conditions. |

3. |
we will contact you immediately to discuss alternatives if your order is likely to be delayed due to limited supplies of your chosen plate. |

4. |
if a 'blank' Signing Plate is damaged on its way to you, we will replace it free of charge as quickly as possible |

|
5. |
any damaged or missing items must be reported to us (by telephone or by email) within 48 hours of receipt. |

6. |
if upon receipt of a 'blank' signing plate you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, you may return the plate to us. We will refund to you the cost of the plate but you will be charged for the cost of shipping and handling. |

7. |
you must retain all of the original packaging. It has been designed specially to ensure your Signing Plate travels safely. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage if any other packaging is used to return the 'signed' Signing Plate to us. |

Our Guarantee
We are confident that you will be thrilled with your Signing Plate.
We promise to take great care to ensure your item will glaze and fire as perfectly as possible; however, slight flaws may appear in the final product due to the organic nature of hand-crafted pottery. And due to the highly personalised nature of this product, refunds will only be issued on items that are faulty; (e.g. hairline cracks in the ceramic plate).
In the unlikely event that your Signing Plate is faulty, please return it to us in its original packaging within 10 days of receipt and write your reason for returning it on the back of the Dispatch Note.
